 Updates on ESNF!

The new updates include:

- Userbar at the top of the screen.

- New Chatbox at bottom of page.

- Changes to the Points and Reputation System.
Posts now award 10 Credits, New Topics award 30 Credits.
Plus votes award 5 points each, Minus votes earn a 5 Credit loss.
Thanks grant 20 Credits.

- New Smilie. ( Sorry )

- New Default Avatar.
